Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bj9999 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at https://bj9999.pro.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers an account or accesses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player to access bj9999's services.
• "Wallet Balance" means the BDT funds held within a Player's account at any given time.

Each Player is permitted to hold one active account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same payment method, or the same IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms. In such cases, bj9999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any winnings accrued across those accounts, and retain any Wallet Balance as a penalty for the breach.

Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow another individual to access your account. bj9999 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials.

All financial transactions on the bj9999 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). bj9999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per request. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time: Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours on business days.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made from associated winnings. Specific promotions may carry higher requirements.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds (once requirements are met) are withdrawable.
• Attempting to exploit a bonus through low-risk hedging, matched betting strategies, or abnormal wagering patterns may result in bonus cancellation and the voiding of any associated winnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bj9999 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or gain an advantage over the platform or other players.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other obfuscation tool.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after receiving winnings or bonus funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bj9999 support staff or other players through any communication channel.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the rest of the Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
